Witnessing to Silence, Art and Human Rights


This Catalogue for the exhibition of the same title arose from the conference on Art and Human Rights, at The National Gallery of Australia, The Humanities Research Centre and the National Museum of Australia, 7-10 August 2003. The conference was one of the major components of the "Culture, Environment & Human Rights" theme activities of the HRC.

This 80 page full colour catalogue contains articles and illustrations on all the works in exhibitions held at the ANU Drill Hall Gallery, ANU School of Art, National Gallery of Australia, National Museum of Australia and Canberra Contemporary Art Space to coincide with the Art and Human Rights Conference.
