Welcome to University House. As a postgraduate ANU student, you have the opportunity to join the ranks of generations of postgraduates who have been part of the University House community since its inception 50 years ago.
The Australian National University was founded as a research intensive university with a commitment to postgraduate research, as a means for advancing knowledge and for preparing the next generation of leaders. Its undergraduate program benefits directly from the University's international recognition as Australia's pre-eminent research university.
As a postgraduate resident of University House you will be entitled and encouraged to participate in almost all academic activities arranged by the House as part of the privileges of living here. We do hope you will take advantage of these activities and of all the amenities the House has to offer you.
